Asks constantly for good rating

It started literally within 10 seconds of when I first installed and started using the app. It continued without letup literally about every 20 seconds or so. A popup window would appear, stopping all progress until I answered. The popup demanded nicely that I rate this app. Even though the popup was fairly polite in its demands, we both really knew who actually had control. Its sort of impossible to use this app in a meaningful way with everything grinding to a halt about ever 20 seconds. I was really hoping to actually use this app before being forced to rate it.
